A update to my Etsy shop has been a long time coming, and now you can find six new pieces of recent work available for purchase. Hi Rachael: I’ve been keeping up with what you’re doing as often as I think to come here to your blog, but haven’t commented for a while. I was in Vancouver on the weekend of the Culture Crawl: under normal circumstances I would have made a pilgrimage to Propellor to see you and your work, but on the 19th my dad died, which was the reason I was on the coast that weekend. I wanted to tell you, though, that in the midst of all that happened over those days, I did see that you were a featured artist in the Straight’s coverage of the Crawl: congratulations! And I’m glad that the Crawl was such a success for you, both in terms of visitors tallied and work sold. And it was a great idea, I thought, to put up a short vid of your paper-cutting process: people can really get a sense of how time-consuming and how free-form your work is.
